Good evening everyone! How are you guys? Here are some answers to explain questions of my whole project process.    1. How does your product use or challenge conventions AND how does it represent social groups or issues?  My music video genre is contemporary R&B, when I researched songs in that genre. I found a couple that I liked. Can We Talk - Tevin Campbell,  Broken Clocks- SZA and Heartbreak Anniversary by Giveon. After I looked through the conventions of all and I chose Heartbreak anniversary by Giveon. I did use the conventions that the usual contemporary R&B song would have but especially the chosen song conventions. I use black and white scenes, two shots, pan, over the shoulder, three shots, tracking and more to be able to portray the meaning of our music video. The music video represents teen/young adult social group. My music video shows a teenage girl and boy who are dating, they are together going on dates and giving each other presents.  Good evening everyone! How are you all? Now I present what you all have been waiting for… drumroll please… MY MUSIC VIDEO! I hope you guys love it! - Mariajose :)

 Good evening everyone! How are you all doing? Today I am going to be talking about editing. Sounds super exciting right? Let's just say it is okay...hahahahaha. Just a reminder the song chosen for my music video was Heartbreak Anniversary by Given. The music video overall is suppose to give the message or show in other words a breakup. Now I won't tell you all the details but it's an interesting storyline. Anyway moving on... Once I cut and fixed all the scenes so they looked good and are the determine time for the video. I put them together in the order that gives the best understanding of the storyline. A certain time length of what lyrics of the song that the scenes were going to fit in was established beforehand. However, I moved it around because I felt that there was a better part of the sing that fits the scenes. After this I aligned the scenes with the lyrics, I fixed the scenes times a little just so they were perfect. Or at least near perfect you know. I reviewed
