Good evening everyone!!! Nice to write again. How are y'all doing today? So now that I have talked about the process of learning how to use capcut, now I am gonna talk about the overall selection process. So as I had talk in my previous blogs choosing pictures and videos out of thousands was very difficult. However, I did it! It took me almost a week hahahahaha. Definitely me being a perfectionist and indecisive person at its finest. So I choose 5 pictures and 5 videos of me or related to something in my life. The pictures and videos relate to me from newborn to now as a 17 year old. I think they show the maturing and growing up of a young woman. I am excited for you guys to see the ending results. Now, choosing the way I wanted to order these pictures and videos with the song(s) was a little messy. I wanted the song(s) to match with the pictures and videos on certain parts. I had to figure out how many seconds I wanted the pictures to be shown before putting the videos. My commer...
Good evening everyone! Welcome back! How are you all tonight? You excited about the reveal coming soon? So I am going to talk about the role in filming and what I did. My movie is a murder mystery. Overall, my team and I did pretty good on the first couple takes of the scene shots. I also choose the location of the scenes we wanted to take. So when we got there on filming locations... I pretty much choose the angle working with lighting. The types of shots I had planned out before filming were filmed. I also added some or changed during filming to fit bes...
Good evening everyone! How are you guys? Here are some answers to explain questions of my whole project process. 1. How does your product use or challenge conventions AND how does it represent social groups or issues? My music video genre is contemporary R&B, when I researched songs in that genre. I found a couple that I liked. Can We Talk - Tevin Campbell, Broken Clocks- SZA and Heartbreak Anniversary by Giveon. After I looked through the conventions of all and I chose Heartbreak anniversary by Giveon. I did use the conventions that the usual contemporary R&B song would have but especially the chosen song conventions. I use black and white scenes, two shots, pan, over the shoulder, three shots, tracking and more to be able to portray the meaning of our music video. The music video represents teen/young adult social group. My music video shows a teenage girl and boy who are dating, they are together going on dates and giving each other presents. It then...
