My Group for My Movie!


 Good evening everyone!  How are you guys? Great to write to you all again. Today I am gonna talk about my group mates and why I decided to work with them. For my group we are four of us total. We have Abimbola Otusanya, Giovannia Andrews, Adriana LaFrance and me (Mariajose Martinez Lopez). I chose to work with them because they all have amazing work ethic. They complete their assignments and get good grades. They are all every reliable and intelligent. I am very happy they also decided to pair up with me. We all have varying perspectives on many things so it makes the planning, thinking process be more expand and more creativity. We all have different strength and weaknesses that compliment each other. All four of us are seniors, so we are all excited to be working alongside each other. 

When you are doing group work it is very important to pair up with the write people. We are especially crucial about it because this is our Final Task. Abimbola is the best at keeping everyone accountable. She always makes sure everyone is doing what they are suppose to be doing. She is the best at reminding everyone when an assignment is due or to not be lazy and give up. Giovannia is the saying "work smarter not harder", she does not over complicate things. Everything can be simple and easy with Giovannia. I love that because I am an over thinker and she helps me not make something complex that should not be. Adriana is very creative. She comes up with the most random and fun ideas one could think of. This is my first time working with her in a group so I am very excited to see all the amazing things she will contribute. And to not leave myself hanging, I am the planner of the group. I plan out what we are doing, when and where. I also make sure we have everything we need. All of us have amazing attributes but together they are powerful. Anyway enough from me! Good night!

 Good morning everyone! How are ya'll? Long time no see. So today I am gonna write a peer review type of blog. Peer review means that someone else saw my work and reviewed it, and it giving me some constructive criticism. This whole process had a lot of ups and down. For us to feel that our project is 100% the best we can do, I wanted to get some opinions from my peers. This is what a couple of my peers said overall about this project.  1. I could work a little more on my acting - I don't think I am the best actress in the whole. If y'all don't know already but I laugh in any situation. Serious, sad, angry, anything. So we had to reshoot some scenes a couple times. They said that you could kinda tell I was about to laugh or I gave an awkward vibe but overall still good.  2. Hey everyone! How are you all? My name is Mariajose Martinez Lopez, and I'm 17 years old.  Prior to my 2013 move to the United States, I spent the first 6-7 years of my life in La Ceiba, Honduras, where I was born and raised.  My younger brother is 13 and my younger sister is 7, and I am the oldest of the three children. Of course, I live with my parents and my siblings! Living in the United States and Honduras are undoubtedly very different from one another. People are always at work, there are much more crowded cities, and kids spend all of their free time hanging out with their friends when they're not in school. Family dinners are less prevalent, while travel is more common. Traveling with my family is something I enjoy doing. We've been to Georgia, Tennessee, Kentucky, and passed through Virginia, among other places.
