Making Murder Mystery.



Hey everyone! Good evening! How are you all? Ready for some more talk about editing. Now I talked last blog about the scene cutting and putting all together. It being 10+ scenes was what was crazy. hahahaha! Today I am going more into the aspect to make it our title murder mystery. Editing the ambiance of the scenes, if needed black and white. Or lower the lighting down so it gives off the mysterious effect. For this  I had to do some research of short mystery films. I wanted to explore many options to inspire what I was going to do with mine. After all the researching I tried all options that I learned about on my short film. Then I started seeing hmm which one fitted or not. What was I going for? A question that I kept asking myself, till I made it how I pictured it. I moved around effects for the scenes. The whole point of editing is to make the short film come together and make people feel and understanding what I am my group and I are trying to express. There were some scenes that didn't need much to them because they were needed to be simple. Always remember that sometimes simple is better. Do not always go over the top because it can look tacky. Don't mean to scare you guys off but sometimes this is true. That's all for today! Bye everyone!

 Good morning everyone! How are ya'll? Long time no see. So today I am gonna write a peer review type of blog. Peer review means that someone else saw my work and reviewed it, and it giving me some constructive criticism. This whole process had a lot of ups and down. Hey everyone! How are you all? My name is Mariajose Martinez Lopez, and I'm 17 years old.  Prior to my 2013 move to the United States, I spent the first 6-7 years of my life in La Ceiba, Honduras, where I was born and raised.  My younger brother is 13 and my younger sister is 7, and I am the oldest of the three children. Of course, I live with my parents and my siblings! Living in the United States and Honduras are undoubtedly very different from one another. People are always at work, there are much more crowded cities, and kids spend all of their free time hanging out with their friends when they're not in school.
