So after hearing some constructive criticism from my peers, my group mates and I went back to see if there was anything to change.     The feedback I received on my acting was the first item I brought up in my peer evaluation. To tell the truth, I agree with their viewpoints. I wasn't the best at acting. And no matter how much we all wanted to reshoot we could not. Our schedules were full. A variety of editing techniques were used to compensate for our acting. The music was the focus of the second comment. We saw how effectively the movie worked for us and wanted to investigate further after receiving this compliment about it. The movie could have been made smoother in certain places by better editing in the soundtrack. We took a close look at certain particular scenes and improved their viewing experience.  Our filming software was mentioned in the last review point. Using an iPhone was definitely

 Good morning everyone! How are ya'll? Long time no see. So today I am gonna write a peer review type of blog. Peer review means that someone else saw my work and reviewed it, and it giving me some constructive criticism. This whole process had a lot of ups and down. For us to feel that our project is 100% the best we can do, I wanted to get some opinions from my peers. This is what a couple of my peers said overall about this project.  1. I could work a little more on my acting - I don't think I am the best actress in the whole. If y'all don't know already but I laugh in any situation. Serious, sad, angry, anything. So we had to reshoot some scenes a couple times. They said that you could kinda tell I was about to laugh or I gave an awkward vibe but overall still good.  2. Background music did its job - When editing this video parts of the film had a mystery/horror movie music sound. The sound was put to complement the scenes. Hey everyone! Good evening! How are you all? Last blog before I take a little break. Will you guys miss me? To be honest guys, we are getting closer and closer to you all seeing the final film. I hope you guys are as excited as me. Hahahaha! I'm super impatient so I am counting the days. Let's talk about props today. I'll start with what we used to film. My group and I agreed on the day of filming to utilize the greatest phone on set because everyone had an iPhone. We knew that iPhones had a decent reputation for photography quality, so it didn't seem like a big deal. Despite having the most recent version, one of our group-mates' phone was wearing a camera lens protector that had split into several pieces, making the back camera appear odd. With that, her phone was instantly dismissed. So we went with my phone since I own a iPhone 13. I have to admit that filming on these phones is quite practical; they are the only devices my group and I have used to film on, and

Hey everyone! Good evening! How are you all? Ready for some more talk about editing. Now I talked last blog about the scene cutting and putting all together. It being 10+ scenes was what was crazy. hahahaha! Today I am going more into the aspect to make it our title murder mystery. Editing the ambiance of the scenes, if needed black and white. Or lower the lighting down so it gives off the mysterious effect. For this  I had to do some research of short mystery films. I wanted to explore many options to inspire what I was going to do with mine. After all the researching I tried all options that I learned about on my short film.
