 Hey everyone! How are you all doing? This is my last blog for this project, I'm so sad :(. I am going to be answering some questions for reflection on my commercial. I hoped you guys watched the results in my last blog and loved it.  First question is: What technology did I learn to use?  I personally have never really done a commercial or full on edit so I was new to pretty much everything. I learned to use Capcut which is a editing app. It was very interesting because its templates are all over TikTok but I never really checked it out. I did my research on how to use it and it went pretty well. Did some trials before doing my final draft of the commercial and I learned a lot. Another technology was actually my MacBook. I normally use it for school homework or personal work but never for an assignment like this one. So I obviously knew the basic use but for this project I had to learn a little more about the functions so I could put the commercial together. It really made my feel

Good evening everyone! How are you guys? Ready for the final results of my All About Me commercial? Before I show y'all I want to talk about my overall experience. This was really interesting as I had never done this before. I had to do a lot of research but I learned a lot. I am super excited of what's to come.  An overview of my commercial is needed and I'll give it to you all. The song I chose was Never Grow Up by Taylor Swift. The song is about how one wishes for a loved one and oneself to never grow and stay young but one does. It s very emotional, I used the first minute of the song on my commercial. The pictures I showed were from baby me to me now, they are super cute. Baby me was adorable! The videos are from the past couple years to now. They are funny moments, growing up realization moments and family moments. I choose them because they are all so different but show different stages or moments in my life. Good evening everyone! Its my last production blog of the commercial! How do y'all feel? Excited that soon you all will see the final commercial of me?! I sure am! Now I am gonna talk to you guys about how I made my commercial as close as perfect as I can. So after all the choosing of photos, videos and song, I had to put it together. Using the edit app call capcut it was somewhat easy. As stated before I did my research and a couple trial till I got it. When I was putting the song and photos plus videos together I wanted the transition for everything to be smooth. I also didn't want to make the transitions super obvious, more of like fading in and out instead of sudden. This was little hard because everything is from different ages and stages of me but again watched some tutorials and I got the hang of it.  After that I wanted to edit how much of the sing can be heard during the videos.  Hello everyone! I am in production blog #3, meaning were almost to an end. In this blog I wanna talk about my song choice. I know I haven't talked about what song I have chosen at all. So I thought today would be the perfect day. Just for some refresher, my commercial will show baby me and now me. I wanted to pick a song that would fit into all of that. A emotional song about growing up. :(  Drumroll please!... I choose Never Grow Up by Taylor Swift. The reason I choose this song is because I am not sure how I feel about growing up, to be honest. It's difficult. Without your knowledge, you are growing up. Growing older is such a bizarre concept since while you're younger, you frequently wish you were older. Not only is this songs slow and emotional by the music but also the lyrics. It says "don't you ever grow up" and "Wished I never grow up".  Again when one is younger we want to grow up be older, become adults so we can do as we please. However, o

So now that I have talked about the process of learning how to use capcut, now I am gonna talk about the overall selection process. So as I had talk in my previous blogs choosing pictures and videos out of thousands was very difficult. However, I did it! It took me almost a week hahahahaha. Definitely me being a perfectionist and indecisive person at its finest. So I choose 5 pictures and 5 videos of me or related to something in my life. The pictures and videos relate to me from newborn to now as a 17 year old. I think they show the maturing and growing up of a young woman. I am excited for you guys to see the ending results. Now, choosing the way I wanted to order these pictures and videos with the song(s) was a little messy. I wanted the song(s) to match with the pictures and videos on certain parts. I have never been in a situation when I had to so it was exciting. First, I had to figure out what I editing app I was going to use. I decided on using capcut. Not only is it popular but its easy to use as it has examples of templates. However, I wanted to make the best commercial I could and I wanted to fully understand how to use caplet. So, I went on YouTube and started watching videos on how to edit on capcut and make the best commercial possible. I spend about 35 minutes on YouTube watching videos, I am a perfectionist :(. I then made a sample edit using random stuff to see how it came out. I didn't really like it. I wanted to learn how to make the transition between pictures and videos more smoothly. I researched a little more on YouTube. I also wanted the transition to match the beat or change in beat of the

So for my commercial project I am doing a commercial of myself that includes pictures, videos, songs, etc. It's something very new to me as I have never done this type of stuff. First thing I started planning what do I want this commercial to show. Just me now or baby me to me now? I figured why not do baby me to me now. It would show me growing up and maturing in my 17 years of life. I have been looking through old albums and my parents google photos to find pictures of me. Since I was born in Honduras, when we moved to the United States we didn't really bring much photo albums. Instead, we left them at our house in Honduras and to our family but recently we got them shipped to us.      I had to look through soo many pictures, it was insane, thousands and hundreds of pictures. So I have plenty to choose from but not all are the best quality. My mother is a mom that loves taking pictures of everything. It doesn't matter how small

     Good Morning everyone, my name is Mariajose Martinez Lopez and I am 17 years old. I was born and raised in La Ceiba, Honduras for the first 6-7 years of my life till I moved to the United States in 2013. I am the oldest of 3 kids, my younger brother is 13 and my younger sister is 7. I live with both my mother and father and my siblings, of course! Living in the United States is obviously very different than living in Honduras for sure. It is a lot more busy and has very populated cities as well, people are always working and kids are always out with their friends when they aren't at school. Family dinners aren't as common but traveling is. One thing I love to do with my family is travel. We have traveled to Georgia, Tennessee, Kentucky, pass by the Virginia's and more. My top two trips was to Disney World/Island of Adventures and going to an underground water fall (Ruby Falls) and hiking plus another water fall in (Rock City). We always do road-trips so we can take sto
